North of Newport, between Yaquina Head and Depoe Bay is Otter Rock. This special place is known as the Waikiki of the Central Oregon Coast. It’s a great place for beginner and experienced surfers to enjoy the Pacific Ocean swells year-round. Also, a wonderful place for an afternoon of beach soccer, a sunset bonfire, or just a fun day playing and looking for Agates.
